Den økologiske mælk køres til mejeriet i Skævinge ved Hillerød, hvorefter den leveres dagfrisk til vores kunder i Storkøbenhavn og Nordsjælland - direkte fra mejeriet, mandag til fredag. Høj kvalitet og ordentlige råvarer er nøgleord i Øllingegaards travle mejeri. Det gode håndværk kommer i særlig grad til sin ret i de syrnede produkter med den uforlignelige creme fraiche og vores sommerhit af en koldskål.
